The booking demonstration presents appointment records with status, resource and time. The fictional Service visit requires attention, while another request awaits a reply. Those states need different actions: a scheduling conflict is not resolved by marking a message as sent. The interface makes that distinction visible without pretending to be a live booking service.
A real booking workflow needs agreed capacity rules, resource ownership, time-zone handling, cancellation conditions and permission-aware customer views. Concurrent requests must not claim the same capacity accidentally. Reminders, calendars and customer messages would require verified integrations and explicit approval.
Evaluate the complete normal, exception and recovery path with permitted test records. Confirm the responsible owner and the evidence needed for acceptance. A polished demonstration does not replace those checks or establish a completed delivery.
