Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, this site may collect the fields you provide, explicit consent status, Solution Finder answers, selected challenge, product, service, industry, location or demo context, the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters. Optional attachments are restricted by type and size and stored outside the public web root.
Purpose and handling
Information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, protect the service and maintain an auditable lead record. It is stored in the separate database for tech.ericchuar.com. A CRM, email automation or marketing platform is not connected during construction.
Your choices
Enquiry consent is required only when submitting. Marketing consent is separate, optional and never pre-checked. Using the Solution Finder before submission does not transmit its answers to the server.
