Design for different people, devices and ways of working.

People use technology with different levels of familiarity, input methods and accessibility needs. We consider readable structure, keyboard operation, touch targets, contrast and reduced motion from the start. A clear interface helps a wider range of users complete the same important task.
Discovery should include the people who perform the workflow, not only those who approve the purchase. Their experience reveals exceptions, terminology and practical constraints that can otherwise be missed. Testing with relevant users helps identify barriers before a wider rollout.
Accessibility and inclusion benefit from continuing review. If a page or interaction creates a barrier, describe the task, device and the point where progress stopped. We use concrete feedback to identify the relevant change without asking users to disclose unnecessary personal information.
